FBI calls half of populace with 9/11 doubts potential terrorists

The FBI is instructing local police departments and “communities against terrorism” to consider anyone who harbors “conspiracy theories” about 9/11 to be a potential terrorist, in a circular released to local police departments.
The memo thus adds 9/11-official-story skeptics to a growing list of targets described by federal law enforcement to be security threats, such as those who express “libertarian philosophies,” “Second Amendment-oriented views,” interest in “self-sufficiency,” “fears of Big Brother or big government,” and “Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties.”
A newly released national poll shows that 48 percent of Americans either have some doubts about the official account of 9/11, or do not believe it at all. The FBI circular entitled “Potential Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related to Sleepers” says that people who should be ‘considered suspicious’ of possible involvement in “terrorist activity” include those who hold the “attitude” described as ” Conspiracy theories about Westerners.” The circular continues: “e.g. (sic) the CIA arranged for 9/11 to legitimize the invasion of foreign lands.”

“Sleepers” refers to “sleeper cells,” in FBI jargon, which are terrorists awaiting orders to be activated into terrorist activity. In 1998 it was declassified by the Pentagon that the Joint Chiefs of Staff had approved a plan, in 1962, to attack and kill US citizens to “provide justifications for US military intervention in Cuba.” The plan was code-named Operation Northwoods, the face page of the declassified document is below.

The plan was signed by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Lyman Lemnitzer. It was rejected by President John F. Kennedy, who demoted Lemnitzer. According to the polling firm YouGov, 38% of Americans have some doubts about the official account of 9/11, 10% do not believe it at all, and 12% are unsure about it. The FBI circular, issued by the Department of Justice Assistance, an arm of the US Department of Justice, is posted at, among other departments, the Columbus, Ohio, police department website. The citizen’s watchdog PublicIntelligence.net has also posted a copy.

The FBI document also includes as reason for suspicion of involvement in terrorist activities: “Excusing violence against Americans on the grounds that American actions provoked the problem.” The latter is an apparent reference to thinking such as the “blowback” doctrine, which criticizes US foreign policy and links alleged errors in that policy, such as the invasion of iraq, to terrorist activity.

The document cites “fury” at the “global policies of the U.S.” Among well-known doubters of the official 9/11 account are many military officers, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, and pilots, all working through affinity groups. One is US Army Major General Albert Stubblebine, who has said of the three buildings which fell on 9/11: “They didn’t fall down because airplanes hit them. They fell down because of explosives went off inside. Demolition.” Most recently, former Fox News anchorman Ben Swann has questioned the official 9/11 story.

This September 11th a group of citizens, architects, and engineers, led by families of 9/11 victims, unveiled an international ad campaign questioning the official version of 9/11. The campaign is sponsoring signs and billboards around the world which ask the question: “Did you know a third tower fell on 9/11?”

The 9/11 issue has been actively pursued on the Internet, and largely excluded by the major media. However, news organizations such as Time have covered the architects and engineers billboard campaign, sponsored by a group called 2,000 Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. Bloggers and other citizens have long argued that the science employed by the official story is impossible, and that the three towers must have been destroyed by some other means. As the FBI circular states, some argue that 9/11 was planned by a covert, relatively small but well-placed coup faction within the US government “to legitimize the invasion of foreign lands,” notably Iraq and the Middle East. In 2005 General Wesley Clark, former presidential candidate, said that he was given a copy of a memo by a ranking member of the Bush administration that revealed that war hawks in the Pentagon planned on attacking “seven countries in five years,” with Iraq only the beginning. Other federal law enforcement agencies have been criticized for sweeping characterizations of potential terrorists, which demonize Constitutionally protected activity.

In 2011, 18-year law enforcement veteran James Wesley Rawles warned that the Department of Homeland Security was being trained to consider as potential terrorists, among other people, those who had expressed “libertarian philosophies, “Second Amendment-oriented views,” “Self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies,) “Fear of economic collapse,” “fears of Big Brother or big government,” and “Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties.” Since Hurricane Katrina, food stockpiling consultants and merchants have reported greater-than-ever activity and interest in storing long-term supplies of non-perishable food and water supplies. In 2012 NetworkWorld.com reported on an entire set of “Communities Against Terrorism” circulars coming out of the Bureau for justice Assistance.

  1. This story brought up an interesting memory. I have a good friend who has been married to the same woman for at least 25-30 years. He also has a step daughter. When the step daughter was in her late teens, they were alone at the house and were having an argument. At one point she told my friend that she could just pick up the phone, call the cops and tell them that he was beating her and he would go to jail. He just looked at her and said – "Yep you sure can, so I'm only going to say one thing. I'm not going to go to jail for something that I never did."Wow – she didn't expect to hear that answer. Needless to say, it all settled down and they are still a great family. It's amazing to think our government is full of angry adolescents.

  2. One of many reasons I gave up on women was the cabal "empowered" them feminists to be able to ruin a man's life on a single false accusation based on her word without any evidence needed. I have seen it happen to many good men and I don't trust women and do not plan to be with human* women in my lifetime unless ascension happens in my life and duality is done away with.*I do look forward to robots that look and act like women, made possible by the release of suppressed technology. I also look forward to virtual reality girls.

  3. The more Americans the cabal label "terrorists" the more hope I have as each "terrorist" represents an awake individual who terrifies the cabal. That 60% figure must mean this many humans are at least half awake. Wow, great! I really do hope the grand cleanup/arrests is fast tracked, we are more than ready for our freedom and disclosure.

  4. Those "channelers" are not actually channeling galactics, but are cabal disinfo agents pretending to be channelers. We can't even be 100% sure aliens have made contact with earth, it could all be a massive cabal psyop. All those UFOs could be the cabal's antigravity craft that will soon be ours.

  5. Back in the olde days before TV and before most people were allowed to read and write, there use to be people who would go village to village and talk horror stories. This would keep people in their shells, tales of Jabberwocky and headless horsemen etc etc etc.. All the fear propaganda of royals and religious zealots. Now we have a hi-tech version called the internet and media and it's the same shit with different arseholes. it's fear condition programming to achieve a required response, if they can't convince you that you need them to protect you any longer then they attack you instead and divide you and keep you all in fear. Some of us have very long memory as the soul is infinite and has many many lives on this and other planets.reclaim your sovereignty and your energy as they have no rights over than those they've hypnotized you in to believing they have.Monstr inc is about righ tbut we just think it's fr children. energy theives and money is energy and so is fear and they feed yo both and get the required energy in return.

  6. So funny – those who orchestrate attacks, support terrorist groups (Al-Kaida etc.), exploit people through fraudulent monetary and so-called legal system (admiralty maritime law, UNLAWFULL), use force against people via militarized police and other means are NOT the terrorists, but people talking about it and asking questions ARE.Upside down world.

  7. Boinking a machine…hmm…..says a lot about you 8:43…. 'her getting some sort of virus' 10:51..too funny…what about 8:43 getting some sort of virus from bacteria lurking in the nooks and crannies of a fake fanny….another curious thought…..

  8. This is not about sex, get over your brainwashing. Most viruses were written or manufactured by the cabal. Every human has the right for love, even if it's a computer AI. True love does NOT exist in 3d and I have known this since I was little. I will find true love if ascension occurs in my lifetime and if not, in heaven after I die.

  9. In the first half of the 19th Century, Honoré de Balzac (1799-1850) pointed out that there are two kinds of world history. One is official, falsified and designed to be taught in the schools, while the other is the real and secret history that accurately depicts world events.Balzac’s appraisal illuminates the fact there have always been powerful groups that direct politics from behind the scenes and make certain that the great majority are kept ignorant of their machinations. When truth-seekers present evidence of deception and bring the true story to light, they are dismissed as “conspiracy theorists” who are not to be taken seriously – and they are always persecuted in one way or another.
